We carry out euthanasia in your home or garden so that your pet will be in a familiar and comfortable place. Your pet will be attended by a veterinary surgeon and veterinary nurse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe ensure the procedure is carried out in a controlled and calm manner. Sedatives can be given prior to this to calm an anxious pet and we recommend this for animals who are in pain or distressed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis can be booked online, but please \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.travellingvet.co.uk\/pages\/contact-us\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Message us\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"\u003emessage\u003c\/a\u003e or call us if you would like to discuss this further. We offer communal cremation and individual cremation packages. We do not rush this visit, and will fully explain to you what is going to happen before we do anything. We want this to be a stress-free procedure for your pet, where they will fall asleep in a happy environment, surrounded by those they love.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eIf you wish, we are able to take your pet away with us for cremation.  We use a purpose built, family run, pet crematorium called \u003ca href=\"http:\/\/www.oldflattsfarm.co.uk\/\" title=\"Old Flatts Farm\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eOld Flatts Farm\u003c\/a\u003e which is based in Treeton.  This is a bespoke premises where we can be certain that your pet will be treated with the compassion that they deserve by owner Chris and his family.   \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eWe offer two cremation options. A communal cremation is available, where your pet will be cremated and their ashes will be scattered on the premises at Old Flatts Farm.  An individual cremation is also available, where your pet is cremated individually and we will hand deliver their ashes back to you. This normally takes 7-10 days.
